O que é o Crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding, em português Financiamento Colectivo ou Financiamento Colaborativo, é uma forma de obter financiamento através de doações por pessoas que queiram apoiar um projecto para que este ser criado. As doações serão depois entregues ao fundador do projecto para que este possa ser criado.

Tipo de projectos
O tipo de projecto pode ser de qualquer variedade: para um filme, um jornal, uma causa, qualquer tipo de negócio, poderá ser mesmo qualquer tipo de coisa. Dependendo do tipo de causa que for, mais facilmente poderá encontrar apoiantes que estejam interessados em apoiar financeiramente o seu projecto.

Divulgação e Contribuição
O criador apenas terá que criar a página onde descreve a sua ideia e o seu objectivo, decidir a quantia que pretende angariar para ter condições de criar o projecto e atribuir uma data limite para atingir essa quantia. Depois é divulgar para tentar chegar ao máximo de pessoas que estejam interessadas em contribuir. O apoiante poderá contribuir com qualquer quantia, desde cêntimos. Se a quantia pretendida não for atingida, o dinheiro será devolvido por inteiro a todas as pessoas que contribuíram. Se a quantia for atingida, ou mesmo ultrapassada seja por que quantia for, o dinheiro será entregue ao fundador do projecto para que este possa cria-lo. O site de "Crowdfunding" que estará a usar poderá ficar com uma percentagem do dinheiro que foi angariado.

What is Crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a way to get funding through donations by people who want to support a project so that it be created. The donations are then delivered to the founder of the project so it can be created.
